Ninth Coffee Roasters is all about bangin' coffee and sustainability. Working closely with UK importers and their partnered farmers, they bring exceptional coffees roasted in small batches, carefully crafted to bring out their unique flavors from the varietal and region they come from.
Ninth Coffee Roasters was founded in late 2022 by Arron & Callum, where their joint passion for Specialty Coffee materialized into the roastery they run today. Arron had worked in the service side of the industry for over 3 years before exploring other avenues. In 2020, he began roasting at home. Later that year, he seized the opportunity to roast for his employer, slot roasting until the end of 2022.
ABOUT COFINET
For 80 years, their family business has grown and distributed the finest Colombian coffee. In 2015, they expanded to produce, source, and export specialty coffee globally. They specialize in alternative fermentation processes and exotic varieties, resulting in unique Colombian coffee profiles. Cofinet supports many Colombian specialty coffee growers, fostering sustainable and ethical direct relationships between farmers and roasters worldwide.
ABOUT KHIPU
From Lima to Liverpool via Arequipa, a family enterprise was founded during the 2020 pandemic to share the exquisite flavors of Peru. They focus on sourcing exceptional coffee, building relationships, and managing logistics to introduce Peruvian coffee to global roasters. The team consists of two cousins in Peru and one in the UK, united by a passion for Peruvian coffee, culture, and people.
