Refund policy

Coffee:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we typically do not offer returns or exchanges for roasted coffee. If you believe that the quality of your delivery does not meet our standards, please contact us by emailing hello@ninthcoffeeroasters.com.

 

Equipment & other merchandise:

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days has elapsed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
