Edinson Argote began his journey in coffee at a buying station in Acevedo, Huila, where an early fascination with cupping set the course for his career. He went on to lead quality and processing at one of Cauca’s most forward-thinking farms before establishing Quebraditas with his family.
At Quebraditas he focuses on cultivating distinctive varieties such as Gesha, Sidra and Chiroso, always with an emphasis on precision and flavour.
This thermal shock, yeast inoculated washed Gesha is a clear expression of that approach: vibrant tropical notes of mango, papaya and passionfruit, balanced with clarity and structure.
