Gaitania, nestled in the Planadas municipality of Tolima, is a village rich in history and community. This coffee is crafted by the indigenous Nasa Wesx community, who are dedicated not only to producing exceptional coffee but also to preserving their environment. Certified organic, their coffee reflects their deep respect for the land and its resources.

At an altitude of 1700 - 1900 MASL, and nurtured by volcanic ash-rich soils, this coffee features botanical cultivars like Caturra and Typica. Carefully washed and dried on raised beds, it boasts vibrant notes of candied apple and chocolate, with a touch of floral complexity that speaks to the unique terroir of the region.
