HUAKUI, ETHIOPIA

This limited-edition lot marks a decade of work behind the Huakui name and finds its roots back in Buku, Hambella. Sourced by Yundian and produced in collaboration with DW Coffee (mill) and Hansun Ltd, this coffee was harvested from high-altitude cherry (2300 masl) and processed with a custom natural protocol focused on slow drying, careful sorting and controlled fermentation. The result is clean and expressive with bright structural clarity.

Expect a cup of lively berries and citrus fruits layered with a subtle wash of lavender aromatics. The high elevation and selective approach give it lift and sweetness balanced by refined texture. Great as filter or espresso.
