ANDREA COSTA, BRAZIL (ESPRESSO)

This year we are sourcing differently in Brazil with Bossa Coffee Company.

We have been working with Bruna Costa to source our espresso and this release has been produced by her mother, Andrea Costa. Her farm, Chacara Santo Antonio, is situated at an altitude of 800-1,100 metres above sea level and sits alongside a nature reserve that contains wildlife native to the Mogiana region.

This red catuai lot is naturally processed for vibrant fruity notes and is roasted to taste great black or with milk.

Think chocolate, nuts, candied orange peel. Simple, balanced, delicious.
